Terms & Conditions

1. All credit card and PayPal payments will be processed by PayPal. No credit card details are retained by us. Any information held by us will be used solely for the purposes of processing your order. No information is given to or sold to third parties.

2. Prices charged for products will be those stated when an order is accepted. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

3. We reserve the right to decline an order.

4. We only deliver to the United Kingdom. We may use any method of delivery available to us and will use reasonable endeavours to meet delivery and/or performance estimates but in no circumstances shall we be liable for late delivery. Where despatch is delayed we will use reasonable endeavours to inform you. If a request is made for an item to be left outside a property and that item is reported missing, no replacement will be issued.

5. If an item is faulty you must inform us within 28 days of receipt. The item should then be returned in its original packaging to the address on our contact page. Once received, we will issue a replacement or refund via your original payment method and reimburse your return postage costs.
If you have changed your mind about an item, you can return it providing you inform us within 14 days of receipt. Once you have informed us, you have 28 days to return the item and a full refund of the price paid for the item will be issued once the item has been received. The item must be returned undamaged, in a re-saleable condition and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for postage costs and obtaining proof-of-posting.

6. All illustrations and descriptions, including any statements as to compliance with legislation or regulation are intended to give a general idea of the item offered. If the description/illustration of an item differs from the manufacturer’s description/illustration, the latter shall be deemed to be correct. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of descriptions/illustrations but we rely on such information, if any, as may have been provided by our suppliers and we accept no liability for any errors or omissions. We may make changes to items as part of a continuous programme of improvement or to comply with legislation.

7. The responsibility for ensuring that an item is sufficient and suitable for a particular purpose or age is the customer’s. Any advice or recommendation given by us is acted on entirely at the customer’s risk. Any advice that proves to be incorrect, inaccurate or misleading, will be limited to the refund of the price paid for the item.

8. We will not be liable to the customer in any manner or be deemed to be in breach of these Conditions because of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of the company’s obligations under these Conditions if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control (which shall include, but not be limited to government actions, war, fire, explosion, flood, import or export regulations or embargoes, labour disputes or inability to obtain or a delay in obtaining supplies of goods or labour).

9. Vouchers issued is valid for one order unless otherwise stated. We retain the right to withdraw vouchers at any time.
