Shipping
UK Mainland non-Highland Locations - We have a flat shipping rate of £1.95 per order - you pay £1.95 shipping regardless of the number of items you order.
UK Non-Mainland, BFPO & Scottish Highlands - Please checkout as normal and leave a contact telephone number. If you have ordered large or heavy items and your shipping cost is more than the £1.95 already paid we will email or phone you to let you know what the additional cost is. You will then have the option of paying the additional amount or cancelling the order.
Please note that we only ship to the UK.
Orders placed by 1pm on a weekday are usually despatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday are usually despatched on Monday (or the next working day if a Bank Holiday).
We always send a despatch confirmation email once your item is packed and ready to leave our warehouse and this email will also tell you which method has been used to send your package. As a guide of how your package might be sent, UK Mainland non-Highland orders above £30 are usually sent via one of our next-day couriers (usually arrives the next working day after despatch) and those below £30 are usually sent via Royal Mail. If your order is below £30 and you would like our next-day courier service (again only available for UK Mainland non-Highland locations), you can add it to your basket by visiting this link.
If you need to send your item to an address that's different from your own address (eg. your work address), you are able to specify an alternative delivery address during checkout. You are also able to leave us any additional instructions during checkout (eg. you might want the package left with a neighbour). Please note that if a request is made for an item to be left outside a property and that item goes missing, we are unable to send a replacement.

If you choose to pay by cheque, item will be posted as soon as the cheque clears.
Local orders can now be picked up from our warehouse. However, you must phone to place your order before pickup. Pickup time is between 1pm and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Returns
If you have changed your mind about an item, you can return it providing you inform us (preferably via a message through our Contact page) within 14 days of receipt. Once you have informed us, you have 28 days to return the item. A full refund of the price paid for the item (excluding postage) will be issued once the item has been received. The item must be returned undamaged, in a re-saleable condition and in its original packaging. You are responsible for postage costs and we advise that you retain proof-of-posting.
If an item is faulty you must inform us within 28 days of receipt. Once received, we will issue a replacement or refund (please indicate preference in package) and reimburse your return postage costs. Postage cost is only reimbursed to the value of 2nd class post (or standard parcel if larger item) and we advise you retain proof-of-posting.
Items should be returned to the address on our Contact page. All refunds are issued to your original payment method. We ask that when you have posted your item you also send us a message through our Contact page as this will enable us to inform you if the item is not received within an expected time-period.
We value your custom and always aim to resolve issues promptly. However, we do ask that you observe our Terms & Conditions which may also answer some of the questions you may have.
